I'm inclined to vote for the latter, although c is probably the more accurate, and the medal of sexy time would just be beautiful.
Okay I would also vote (c) but I feel (b) should never be ignored. A well-placed jibberish comment referring back to the old timey days is always key in deflecting the question and confusing the whole bunch of reporters. Maybe he's like Reagan and he's been senile for years, we just didn't know because they keep dying his hair...
